We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from SkyPrint. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Downloadable software products or digital services.

    • Customized or personalized items.

    • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return:

    1. Email us at info@guidesetup.com with your order details and reason for return.

    2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

    3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

      • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@guidesetup.com.

      • Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

      • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on the situation.

6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order is subject to the return policy above.
